This Privacy Policy explains how Premier Venue Partners LLC (“Premier Venue Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and unattended digital photo booth experiences at participating hospitality venues.
Information we collect
Depending on the features used, we may collect:
- Photos: photographs captured when a guest chooses to use a photo booth.
- Delivery details: a mobile phone number or email address that a guest chooses to provide to receive a photo link.
- Support messages: information a guest voluntarily provides when contacting us for help.
- Website technical information: limited information such as IP address, browser type, and request data that may be processed by our website host for security and operation.
How we use information
We use information to capture and deliver requested photos, operate and maintain the photo booth experience, respond to support requests, protect the service from misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a phone number provided for one-time photo delivery to send unrelated marketing messages.
Text messages and mobile information
When a guest chooses SMS delivery at a participating photo booth and submits a mobile number, we use that number to send the requested photo link and, where appropriate, respond to a support request. Message frequency is typically one text message per requested photo delivery. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as messaging and photo-hosting providers, solely to provide and support the requested service.
Service providers and other disclosures
We may use service providers to host the website or photo links, transmit requested SMS or email messages, and maintain our systems. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Photo links and retention
Photos and delivery information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested experience, handle support issues, maintain service security, and meet legal obligations. Photo-link availability and retention periods may vary by venue and the technical configuration used for that experience. Do not use a shared or public device to access a personal photo link if you do not want others nearby to see it.
Your choices
Providing a phone number or email address for photo delivery is optional. Guests may use another sharing method offered at the booth, where available. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. For help with SMS delivery, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. You may also contact us to request access to or deletion of information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our website and photo booth services are intended for general venue guests and are not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate adult involvement. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its review or deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when this version was last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
