SMS Photo Delivery Terms

Program description
The Premier Venue Partners Photo Delivery program sends a one-time text message containing a link to a photo when a guest chooses SMS delivery at a participating photo booth and submits their mobile number. This is a customer-requested photo delivery service, not a recurring marketing program.
Consent and message frequency
By selecting SMS delivery at the photo booth and submitting your mobile number after reviewing the booth's disclosure, you agree to receive the requested photo-link text from Premier Venue Partners LLC. You will typically receive one text message per photo-delivery request. Providing a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from a venue.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you receive depends on the number of photo links you request. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-out and help
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. You may receive a confirmation that messaging has been stopped. For help, reply HELP or email venues@premiervenuepartners.com.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
We may update or discontinue the SMS Photo Delivery program as permitted by law. Questions about the program can be sent to venues@premiervenuepartners.com.
